What is a crowdfund?

Crowdfunding builds on the idea that many small contributions add up to a large amount of funds to support a project. Every donation counts and will help us reach our goal!

Donations start at $5, with a variety of prizes for different levels, such as Library water and reusable bags, as well as special prizes like an overnight adventure for kids at the library. Click here to learn more about prizes. The crowdfund campaign is only offered for a limited time, from August 2 to August 31.

Can I donate with a check or cash?

Yes, if you would like to contribute by check, send your donation to JCLF, P.O. Box 1684, Grants Pass, OR 97528, and make your check out to Josephine Community Library Foundation. Please indicate it is for the crowdfund. If you would like to make a cash donation, all donations are gladly accepted at any of the four library branches in Grants Pass, Illinois Valley, Williams, and Wolf Creek. Please let us know that your donation is for the crowdfund.

What is a Flash Reward?

Flash Rewards are special rewards of limited quantity that will be announced on the foundation’s Facebook Page.

Due to the limited quantity, flash rewards are claimed on a first come first serve basis. You will be contacted to confirm you claimed the flash reward.

To claim a Flash Reward:

Donate to our PayPal account using the donate button or from links provided. In the “Add special instructions to the seller” section of the form, please indicate the flash reward you would like to claim.

If you would like to donate with a check and claim a flash reward, please email info@jclfoundation.org with the name of the flash reward in the email.

Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for flash rewards being offered. Everything from early learning toys to gift certificates to local restaurants—stay tuned!

We’ll contact anyone who selects a reward to arrange for getting you the rewards following the crowdfund. Rewards will be available for pick up at your local branch of JCLD during the month of September.
